Absolutely. Sometimes, a municipality requires inspections/repairs to be done to a sewage line. In some cases, we can help you work through that with the municipality. However, most of the time, the sellers do not need to do anything prior to us purchasing the property.

It’s pretty simple!  Call or Text and we can get the ball rolling. Once we have enough information, we may setup an appointment to view the property. After viewing the property, we will decide if and how much we can offer. Once we reach an agreement, we get everything signed up and to the closing company. Then, you sit back, relax and sell.   

Absolutely. We have closed with sellers travelling and/or moving to many different locations across the United States. As long as their is a notary nearby, we can make the deal happen.  Funds can either be wired to you or sent by check from the closing company.

Normally about 30 days. It is primarily dependant upon the local municipalites and sewage authorities, and how fast they can turn their paperwork around.
